I believe you have to Change your Mind, to Change your Body.

Adrienne has been in the Health (Licensed Nurse, 1993) and Fitness industry for 20 years, with aspirations of becoming a Professional Triathlete.  “As I look back on my days of racing competitively, I was always “soft”, never as lean and muscular as my peers.  Yet, I was fast, fast, fast!  I followed a low fat, high Carb, moderate protein diet.”

Adrienne owned and operated a Pilates Studio and Personal Training Gym for 8 years.  She launched a Pilates Certification Program with a strong emphasize on Posture, Core Strength and Low Back Health.  “I’m no stranger to back pain.  It’s been something that has almost had me on the operating table on more than one occasion.”

A move to hometown Houston, Texas, and a year-long hiatus from her fit lifestyle, sent Adrienne on a down hill spiral.  “I was eating poorly, very little workout, if any, commuting 45 minutes each way, and working in a high stress environment.   Total fish out of water!  I became depressed, overweight (20+lbs), and physically in pain and on my back.  It was time to move out, and move on!”

Adrienne literally hit the ground running!  “I Ran, Swam, Zumba’d, Crossfit’d, Yoga’d, Kick Boxed and Pilate’d my way back to the girl I knew and  “liked”.   But, I went 10 steps further.  I was introduced to the Paleo way of eating and I’ve never looked back!”  Eating whole foods and eliminating the foods that keep your body in a state of bloat and inflammation, not only will change the way your body looks, but will change the way you feel and perform!  “I can honestly say, I am now the girl I know and Love.”
